Laura integrates her training as physical therapist and knowledge of human anatomy and physiology with her training as a yoga instructor to look at the individual as a whole and create a yoga practice for that person based on their individual needs.

Laura has been teaching Iyengar style yoga for 15 years. Iyengar is a form of Hatha Yoga that emphasizes alignment in the performances of the poses and breath control. Strength, balance, mobility, stability, stress reduction and a sense of well being is gained through the regular practice of yoga.  

Private and semi private yoga training available tailored to individuals needs.
